Ajanta Universal Fabrics Limited (AUFL) is India’s one and only leading manufacturer of industrial canvas fabrics. Established in 1998, under the visionary leadership of founder & Chairman Mr. Subhashrao Joshi and Executive Director Mr. Sagar Joshi, the company has carved a unique identity on the global stage in a remarkably short span.
Spread across a vast 15-acre facility, have employs over 450 skilled Employees who consistently drive the company towards excellence with a focus on quality and performance.
At Ajanta, our Spinning, Weaving, Dyeing, Finishing, and Coating facilities are vertically integrated under one roof. State-of-the-art technology is incorporated for each process, improving fabric quality and enhancing efficiency, making our fabric price competitive.
Our mill produces canvas fabrics ranging from 7 oz to 28 oz in weight and widths from 26 inches to 144 inches. With a monthly production capacity of 400,000 meters, we are also capable of manufacturing single jumbo rolls up to 2000 meters in length.
Environmental protection is a top priority at Ajanta. We have installed a 2.5 MW solar power plant to reduce our carbon footprint. Furthermore, we are proud to operate one of India’s Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems, ensuring no chemically treated water is released from our facilities, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability.
To ensure quality assurance and earn global trust, AUFL has obtained various international certifications, including ISO, GOTS, and BCI. We are DNB-certified and also a proud member of the Advanced Textile Association USA.
