AUFL has State-of-the-Art manufacturing facilities and latest weaving techniques to achieve consistency and excellent quality in the fabrics.

Heavy Duty Double reinforced (RR) Wider width Air Jet Weaving Machines

  • Maximum width up to 144 inch (365cms) of fabric possible
  • All machine are equipped with heavy duty batching system to provide BIG ROLLS up to 2000 mtrs/yds in continuous length

Hi-tech Material Handling System

  • Our Custom designed material handling system helps us to handle big rolls of crease free fabric

Modern Inspection & rolling facilities

  • Advanced Wider width inspection & rolling machine provide crease free fabrics up to 144” (365cms) width
  • With robust machines equipped with batching facilities it is easier to provide rolls in any size up to 2000 mtrs / yds

Packing

  • Uniform & seaworthy double layer packing ensures rolls to reach safely at customer door.

AUFL has a present Production capacity of 5 million meter Fabrics per annum. AUFL has all modern & technically advance preparatory manufacturing facilities and most latest weaving techniques to achieve consistency and excellent quality in the fabrics.

  • AUFL has installed state of the art new Dornier Air Jets & Rapier looms for woven fabrics in weight(s) ranging from 7 Oz/Square Yard (225 GSM) to 28 Oz/Square Yard (900 GSM) and in width(s) from 26” to 144” (66cms to 366cms).
  • All weaving machines equipped with Dobby attachment for flexibility in weave to cover all types of patterns viz. ribs, stripes, checks, diamonds etc.
  • AUFL has the latest preparatory machines installed viz. includes parallel winding from peass industrial engineers, TFO from Veejay lakshmi  and heavy duty sectional warping Machines from TECHMECH Engineers
